extraordinary disclosure obligation by publishing the following:

Dr. István Stumpf, member of the Supervisory Board of State Printing House Plc, resigned his membership in the Supervisory Board of State Printing House Plc with effect from August 1,
2010, due to his election as member of the Constitutional Court and in accordance with the Act XXXII of 1989 on incompatibility of the Constitutional Court judges, Section 9/A.
